The swimming pool was amazing but the beach however was filled with jelly fish as our skin is very sensitive. The food was amazing and also the breakfast a lot of choice. The room was also great as we had pool access from our room. Especially Matthew was great as he helped us throughout the stay and was always there.

Great location, the suite we stayed in was comfortable. Staff here seems misinformed, lazy and are not welcoming to its guests. They don’t seem to be trained to serve in a 5 star resort. The food is pathetic. It’s not the type of food one would expect in a 5star hotel.

In May 2024, we have special promotions including Burger and Beer, Mexican Beach Night, and Steak Night. We are committed to providing a variety of food and a 5-star dining experience to all our guests. Beautiful hotel with large lobby area with nice view overlooking to beach. Welcome drink with cold towels upon arrival they arrange. the check in staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast has many options and food was so yummy. The room is large with big balcony and really nice amenities Bigelow brand. The staff is very active in hotel always want to help you if you need something. Special thanks to Takky,Tee and JB for taking care during the stay. overall amazing stay in this hotel well recommended will definitely come back here again.

First time in Phuket

A wonderful hotel located in the south of Phuket with a lot of very kind people, especially Anton who was very friendly! It was a great experience to be part of the hotel for 6 nights! Also the food in the morning as well as in the evening was excellent. Thank you for the fantastic time here in Phuket!

Anton and Tee was at the reception desk, assisting us in our check in and immediately made us felt welcome. They’re very friendly yet professional, giving us a tour of the hotel grounds with some useful food suggestions too. Overall great stay at Pullman!
